Terms of sale
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This English text is provided for convenience. The French version is the official version and prevails in case of any difference.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the distance sale of the online training programs offered on this site by School of Management and Innovation Canada Inc. (École de gestion et d’innovation Canada inc.), 6465, rue Sherbrooke Est, bureau 602, Montréal (Québec) H1N 3N6, Canada, Quebec enterprise number (NEQ) 1180378490 (“EGI CANADA”). By placing an order, you accept these terms before payment.
2. Programs
Programs are taken entirely online, at your own pace, on a computer, tablet or phone connected to the Internet. There is no start date and no session at a set time. Programs on the English version of the site are taught in English; programs on the French version are taught in French. The content, language, indicative length and price of each program are shown on its page.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars, euros or US dollars, depending on the currency you choose, and you pay in that same currency. Applicable taxes are added based on where you live and are shown before payment: for Canada, GST and, where applicable, QST or HST. The price that applies is the one displayed when you confirm your order. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
4. Order and payment
You order online: choose the program, create your account, review the summary, then pay. Before paying, you can check the details of your order and correct any error. Make sure your email address is correct: your login details are sent there.
Payment is made in full, by credit card, through Stripe. EGI CANADA never has access to your card details. The order becomes final once payment is confirmed. A written order confirmation is sent to you by email.
5. Access to the program
Access opens as soon as payment is confirmed, for a period of 12 months. The Annual Pass gives access to every program in the catalogue for 12 months.
Your access is personal. Sharing your login details, or reselling, copying or distributing the content, is prohibited and may lead to suspension of access without refund.
6. Assessments and certificate
Each module ends with a quiz. When you pass the program’s assessments, you receive an EGI CANADA certificate of completion in your name.
EGI CANADA is a non-accredited executive education school. The certificate confirms that you took the program and passed its assessments. It does not confer a degree, university credits or a degree equivalency, and it carries no weight in an immigration application.
7. Cancellation and refund
You may cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of payment, provided you have not completed more than one module. Send your request by email to info@egi-canada.ca. The refund is made to the original payment method within 15 days of receiving your request.
These terms do not limit the rights granted to you by applicable law, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act for distance contracts.
8. Changes to or withdrawal of a program
EGI CANADA may update a program’s content to improve it. If a program you bought had to be withdrawn before the end of your access period, you would be notified by email and could choose another program of equivalent value or a prorated refund.
9. Intellectual property
Program content (texts, videos, case studies, templates, quizzes) belongs to EGI CANADA. Enrolment gives you a personal, non-transferable right of use, with no transfer of rights.
10. Liability
EGI CANADA takes the necessary steps to keep the platform available but cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by maintenance, the network, your Internet provider or the hosting provider. Programs aim to develop your skills: they do not guarantee a promotion, a job or any particular professional result.
11. Personal information
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
12. Complaints and governing law
Send any complaint by email to info@egi-canada.ca. We undertake to reply within 5 business days and to seek an amicable solution first.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live outside Quebec, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
